With introductions and agreements out of the way, we get right to it, reviewing the ins and out of your future event – key dates, priorities and next steps.

You call, text or email anytime, I’m there to support you every step of the way! We will also come up with a series of regular touchpoints to ensure critical dates and associated activities are being met. This part of the process also involves venue and vendor visits.

I am always on-site for the rehearsal and to conduct a full run-through of your special day. This final meeting allows us to go over the detailed day-of schedule from start to finish and discuss any last items before you fully transfer your mindset from prep to party mode.

Your only focus on the day of your event is to soak in each precious moment. All the hustle and bustle is left to us, as we see to it that the days and weeks and months of planning materialize into an event to remember.
